\u201cSembrando Las Semillas\u201d es el primer libro de la serie 1888 La Amalia A Coffee Novel by Mar\u00eda Amalia Robbin. Este es un libro absolutamente hermoso de pasta dura negra, impreso en foil dorado\u2026 es la verdadera definici\u00f3n de un libro para un centro de mesa que sirve como libro y como decoraci\u00f3n al mismo tiempo. La elegancia, los detalles exquisitos, la calidad del papel, la diagramaci\u00f3n y las im\u00e1genes son realmente una obra de arte. Su sobriedad y elegancia son evidentes y se ven en cada detalle. Las secciones del libro no se llaman cap\u00edtulos, sino que se llaman \"partes\". Varias \u201cpartes\u201d tienen hermosos patrones de \u201cA\u2019s\u201d en honor a Amalia Madri\u00f1\u00e1n V\u00e1squez los cuales resaltan en un bell\u00edsimo tono de azul. Algunos detalles importantes a destacar del libro es que en ingl\u00e9s y en espa\u00f1ol, tiene el sello de la marca en la esquina superior derecha de cada p\u00e1gina y tiene un grano de caf\u00e9 debajo de cada p\u00e1gina. Este no es solo un libro para poner en un estante; es una hermosa obra de arte, parte de la decoraci\u00f3n que se puede exhibir en una biblioteca, una cocina, una sala de estar e incluso en la entrada de una oficina.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

Como dice la contraportada, este libro va desde los or\u00edgenes de la caficultura en Colombia, Guatemala y el Caribe hasta los principios b\u00e1sicos de la elaboraci\u00f3n del caf\u00e9. La autora comienza a \"Sembrar Las Semillas\" y cuenta fragmentos sobre su historia familiar y hace que los lectores se enamoren de la historia y quieran saber m\u00e1s. Durante todo este proceso de investigaci\u00f3n, Mar\u00eda Amalia se dio cuenta de que la mayor\u00eda de la gente no sabe mucho sobre el caf\u00e9. No conocen la diferencia entre Ar\u00e1bica y Robusta. No tienen idea de por qu\u00e9 algunos caf\u00e9s son absolutamente deliciosos y otros saben horrible. No tienen ni idea de los diferentes tipos de moliendas y tuestes. Por eso, en este primer libro, la autora ense\u00f1a algunos principios b\u00e1sicos del caf\u00e9 as\u00ed como diferentes m\u00e9todos de preparaci\u00f3n para que la gente pueda hacer un buen caf\u00e9 en casa sin tener que comprar m\u00e1quinas costosas y sofisticadas. Tambi\u00e9n ense\u00f1a algunas recetas de panader\u00eda por las que su familia era \"famosa\" las cuales van de la mano con el caf\u00e9<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
