La Amalia 1888 Coffee / Dark Roast

All of our coffee comes from 100% Arabica beans, which are hand picked and processed ecologically.  Grown in the mountains of Colombia at 1500-1850 MASL (meters above sea level)/4920-6070 FASL(feet above sea level).   You will love the dark Chocolate, Black Cherry, Blackberry, Caramel tasting notes.  Store in a cool and dry place.  Lasts between 7-10 months sealed.  Once opened, coffee should be consumed within one week.   The proportions are the following:  Use 6 oz. of water (3/4 cup / 177 ml) and 2 tablespoons of coffee.  The water temperature should be between 195-205 degrees Fahrenheit (90.5-96.1 degrees Celsius).  Use fresh, spring water (do not use mineral or distilled water).
